Etsy finances

Hi,

I’d like to get an official announcement about what it is going on Etsy.

I truly appreciate honesty and give back understanding if real information is shared.

Personally I have not got my deposits dated on Feb 6 and Feb 10.

I got in touch with more sellers having the same problem, even with older delayed deposits.

Got in touch with Etsy who said my money was sent, got a message on my dashboard saying the payments were sent to my bank account last week. 

No money yet. It’s February 20.

Besides I was told by Etsy help to send a new verification request even if my bank account never changed. I did so. 

I received the small deposit on Feb 14, it comes 5 working days are gone and my bank account is not verified yet. 

My bank account does not have any ban and they said there is not any transaction on hold.

I see most topics about the February deposits are being closed.

I think we truly deserve an explanation from Etsy.

The same here. I feel so depressed right now. I have no money to finish my orders and ship them out. This was my only income. Etsy don't answer me anymore. This is so so so sad.

Same issue here.  Bank finally found it but said it couldn't be deposited and would be returned to Etsy for them to re-send. The issue according to my bank is that Etsy coded the deposit as a checking account when it is a savings.  I've made no account changes on my end, so the issue is definitely an Etsy coding error.   Very frustrating!!!
