Store Name: LifeLikeCanvas - I received an email from Etsy the I did not respond to customer this is 100% wrong, I have gone back through every customer message for the past six month, not one message was not returned with in 24hours. I Have been a Star Sellar Consistently, take a look at my customer reviews it speaks for itself. Please take a look at my account check the messages yourself you won't find one that I failed to respond to, please correct this. Thank You Les
@LifeLikeCanvas: You need to look at the applicable CSV file available on your Customer Service page (previous period for February 1st Star) to see what Etsy thinks was not answered within 24 hours. When you look at the file remember that that the dates / times are in UTC (not your time zone), only the first message of a new incoming thread is included (all that counts for Star Seller). There is also a link to the actual message thread so you can verify if the data is correct or not.
"... please correct this." Just so you know, even if Etsy Support or the Help Pages sent you here this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy moderators do sometimes read and reply to posts).
You're not "talking" to Etsy, just other sellers.
If you want to contact Etsy you have to contact them through the HELP pages.
You're missing the star seller message badge.
Just because you have the SSB for reviews and shipping, those don't have anything to do with the message badge.
Etsy has said they will not update/correct star seller info.
Are you sure you're looking at Nov, Dec and Jan stats? Only those 3 months count for the SSB for Feb.

"Etsy Support can’t make changes to your Star Seller data or manually award Star Seller badges. If you think your Star Seller score was calculated incorrectly, you can let us know in the Technical Issues forum."
Why Etsy puts that about letting them know in the technical issue forums is beyond me because they state they won't make changes.
