Hi! I'm new and whenever I try to create a shipping label for an item I sold, I get an etsy error message. I have no fees to pay currently and everything is up to date. Help?
There are no sales showing for this shop, do you see the sale on your dashboard and in your finances section?
Have you another shop? There are no sales in the one you are posting from.
Does the sale show on your shop dashboard? Because it isn't showing on your shop front.

You haven't sold anything, and you have nothing listed for sale. Are you talking about a different shop?
