Need human assistance please from Etsy

I’ve attempted to contact support multiple times via email regarding my suspended shop, which I believe was done in error. Despite being a dedicated seller on Etsy for over a decade, I’ve received no direct communication. This suspension is not only a significant setback for my business but also affects my family deeply. I have several pressing questions, including those related to taxes. Additionally, I’ve encountered issues with downloading my shop’s listings and orders/reviews, which are essential for my quarterly inventory updates and trend analysis. Despite multiple emails, I only receive automated responses that fail to address my concerns. The recent emphasis on maintaining a human touch in e-commerce, as highlighted by Etsy, seems to be lacking in the support experience. I’ve exhausted all known avenues over the past two weeks, yet I’ve received no response from a person. As a long-time crafter of handmade leather goods, I respectfully request that someone from Etsy directly address my inquiries. Your assistance at this juncture would be greatly appreciated.

We are only other sellers here that can't help you.

Understood, I have sent emails and keep getting automated responses that don't have anything to do with what I am asking. So I posted on their X and another seller commented on my...tweet? I dont even know what you call it anymore I'm not a big user of the platform, but anyhow she said the only way she was able to get Etsy to contact her was posting on the forum. I figured it can't hurt to try.  I will try the callback link though! Thank you for that, the other avenues haven't gotten me anywhere but the same auto response which isn't helping resolve my issues.

You have to REPLY to that email or Etsy will assume that your problem has been resolved.

Don't keep starting tickets - stick with ONE and keep replying to that.

Is there a new link for this now for a callback? It no longer seems to be working and after my first call it's been over a week and still no one has reached out like he said so I want to check on the status. When I put in my number it says the page doesn't exist or has moved.

Your shop is on vacation mode. You need to check your email. They are probably asking for a copy of your ID or to verify your bank account.

Is there a new link for this now? I called and got a person created an escalated ticket and was told someone would be contacting me very soon. Its been over a week with no contact so I decided to call and follow up on the call. It takes me to the page to enter my number but when you hit submit it says the page no longer exists or oops something went wrong refresh and try again. Did they change the url?

@ChairandChisel: "Despite multiple emails, I only receive automated responses that fail to address my concerns." Often the first response you get from customer support is an automated reply meant to weed out the people who contact support over common issues that can be easily solved.

Every eMail from Etsy support should have a link something like "I Still Need Help". Click on that link in each reply from Etsy (or actually reply stating that you still need help) to keep the report alive otherwise Etsy will assume that it is resolved. You may have to do this innumerable times, before anything is done but do not give up. DO NOT open a new issue or contact Etsy multiple times about the same issue (doing so appears to close the one you already opened and puts the new one on the bottom of the pile).

Just so you know, even if Etsy Support or the Help Pages sent you here this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts).
