I am no longer getting emails when a customer sends me a message or places an order. Is anyone else having this problem? Or has something changed and I missed it?

Are you using the App? I've not used it, but heard it can be very glitchy. (I always use a desktop computer). I have seen other Threads where Sellers have stated they are suddenly not receiving emails of their Etsy Messages.

Are you talking via your phone notifications? Check and make sure something didn't change via your phone. Uninstall and resinstall the app. Check your Etsy setting and make sure you have those emails enabled ( not sure you can even UNenable those?) I would think something somewhere updated and shut off those notifications.
We've had problems with Etsy's shop activity emails being intermittent for 18 months. The forum activity emails get through 100%, so the problem is Etsy's email servers.
Other sellers on the forum have also mentioned not receiving Etsy shop activity emails.

@maryellenknitsgifts I no longer receive etsy Emails telling me I have an order. It stopped more than a year ago.
This has been going on for 4 years & Etsy does nothing to fix the problem they just keep closing the cases I open and offer no solution. I found changing my email every few months will keep me from missing a few emails but for messages & sales I rely on my dashboard.
