I got a sale at 11PM on the last day of the month to put me over the minimum sale amount and IT DIDN'T COUNT. Seriously? Why do they say they determine eligibility on the first day of the month when they don't even count sales from the day prior?
Any way for Etsy to check into this?

It will count for Nov sales. Etsy works on Etsy time. It has always been like that - their cut off time is earlier than the clock says.
Etsy works on UTC time that is why the cut off.

Even if it comes in UTC time they still may not count it!
It counts for December. The last two days do count just not for the following month
Deleting what I originally copied, it was as relevant as it was irrelevant.
Sales on the last day often come down to when they came in and what time zone Etsy uses for the calculations.
