For some time now I have written a question on ETSY about one of my problems related to "Legal and tax information", but I do not receive an answer, although it is written that they usually respond within 1-2 days!!!
I don't open a new case every day, so my e-mail should already be at the top, but I don't get a reply! The last time I received an answer and e-mail only when I wrote here in the forum and then I got an answer the next day, but then the holidays came and again no one answered!!!

Looking at your reviews (Taylor Swift, Formula 1, Joost and so on)... You know you need a license for each of these products, right?
