Etsy does not charge me the listing fee

Hi, I recently opened a shop on Etsy and I´m just getting started. I found out that every time I upload a product, Etsy must deduct 0.20 dollars for it, bur no changes appear in my Payooner account and my bank account. At the same time my products are aploaded and can be seen publicly.

If you look in your shop payment account the deductions will be there.  You are only charged at the beginning of the month for what you owe to etsy.  If you have made sales that cover the fees then the money will come out of those and you will never have a charge on your credit card or bank account.  The only time you get charged is when etsy bills you for anything that the funds in your shop payment account do not cover.

You have only been listing items for a week.

Etsy sends a bill on the 1st of the month for any fees due during the previous month.

So you will receive a bill tomorrow (1st March) for all the listing fees you have accumulated since you started listing last week.
