Yeah, I made my first Etsy sale. Etsy notified me that my shop was put on holiday mode and that I needed to provide document ID or else my shop would be closed. I followed the steps to uploaded my ID documents into the dashboard and Etsy won't allow me to press the submit button. I have contacted Etsy support but no response received. I emailed them a screen recording of the issue and still no response. This is disheartening, Etsy took their commission on my first sale and now Etsy won't even verify my ID documents so I can receive payment for my first sale and then Etsy has the right to automatically close my shop after a certain number of days if my ID documents are not verified. This is ridiculous. ETSY PLEASE VERIFY MY ID DOCUMENTS
@UndergroundMermaid This is a seller peer to peer forum, not a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes post here). Are you trying to do this using an Etsy app or via browser (it makes a difference as to possible causes and potential solutions, otherwise we have to guess)? You might try a (different) browser.
Hi BagmakerSupply, already contacted Etsy support. Posted here out of frustration as I have had no response from Etsy. Any suggestions on how to get Etsy to resolve the dashboard issue of glitch in their submit button after uploading ID documents

i gave up after a few weeks of trying and switched to shopify now .....
It happened to me. After first sale they asked for ID upload, immediately put my shop on vacation and blocked the function of uploading ID. So I can’t technically click ‚upload’. I have contacted support, but no response. Does anyone know how to resolve this?
Hello just change the type of the files if it was JPD you can use a pdf containing images or creat a doc
