Message response after 24 hrs - Help Request

A buyer requested a refund via the 'Help request' three days ago due to a change of mind.

Last night I discovered my message response is down to 93% -

However, on the help request you have to click the 'view order' link at the top to cancel it and this of course takes you out of this 'Help request'  and I kind of forget to go back there to respond. I messaged via her order page after cancelling - hence my response stat 93%.

I think it's a bit unfair to go view the order link that takes you out of the Help request page - and also not to have a 'Cancel order' or 'Refund order' link on the same page and that would have completed the conservation either way.

i agree with you , but Etsy doesnt think it needs to fix its system , i almost did the same thing as you the other day, it was only cause I got another message  that I caught it.
