My account has been suspended 2 months ago because someone hacked my profile for few minutes. from that moment i lost my profile, my shop and my earnings, the assistance doesn't help, they pass the problem to the "expert team" and no response. I started an appeal (time to answer 15 days) and they never gave me any answer, my account is still suspended.
I opened a new account but with zero visibility because my old shop had more than 800 sales and i was a star seller, now my entire activity is destroyed because of the customer service doesn't exist, the live chat is always the same pattern of sentences without any result.
What can i do for talk with someone directly and really solve a problem?
