I see on my stats I have had an order today but haven’t received any email or can’t see it in open order. Anyone else has this problem?
yes, sometimes it can take a while until the system has checked everything and forwards the order to you. Or not.
You'll see it shortly.
Sometimes buyers also forget to do that last step, and confirm the order on their side. Then, I guess, it expires after a while.
