Etsy chat with support not working

I was in contact with Etsy support via the chat yesterday. The problem I had is still not solved, and now I cannot get into contact with support as the chat was not closed properly so when I open the chat, it open in the discussion I had yesterday. What do I do now?

@LesTempsPerdus Your chats are stored so you won't see a new one each time. It continues on.  My chat is working.  The chat agents are available 24/7 so not sure why you can't reach them.

Mine is frozen in the same way the OP describes and no one answers.  Its happening to only some of us.  People on the chat line don't know very much anyhow.  I would try emailing Etsy.
