A week ago I started my Etsy and was suspended due to tax verification info. I contacted support and they said they verified my account and good to go but my account is still in suspended status. I’m getting frustrated because I don’t know what to do as I can’t get in touch with anyone to fix this and it’s been 5 days and nothing.

Yes I have etsy payments setup but I still have an error message in my shop manager saying my tax documents is pending verification. I will check again in my payment section to see if i missed anything. Thank you so much!!!
Its saying that since etsy has verified my tax documents, I cannot accept payments. I keep contacting etsy and either get no response or the run around. I did receive a response last week saying it was verified but I still cannot accept payments and its pending verification.
I am having the same issue regarding the Business Verification. I have been trying for 5 months to get help from Etsy but I keep getting the same copy-paste response from each rep with the same instructions and only via email. I keep responding that I have done everything they have outlined in those instructions and still cannot get my business verified. It looks like I'm locked out so even if I input the correct information Etsy's system keeps reverting back to the incorrect information. I am assuming this is because it's locked. Since I'm just getting started with Etsy, I am thinking that maybe just deleting my account permanently and starting all over would be the best option??? I'm not sure, though, if I can restart my business under the same name if I delete it completely. It doesn't specify in any of the help materials.
My account was the same. I kept emailing expressing my disappointment for not handling my account issue. A few days later they unlocked it but I get no little to no views on my store.
