Etsy always defaults to 'ships to New Zealand' when I search

Hi there,

When ever I make a search on Etsy it defaults to 'ships to New Zealand' and I'm in Canada. I've tried everything I can think of to fix this but it always defaults back.

What are your user settings set to? (Not your shop settings)

@RETRORAGEJEWELRY. Go view any item page - scroll down to where it shows the shipping and click on New Zeakand - change back to your location.

That's  it.  You may have changed to new Zealand at some point to check what shipping would cost - etsy keeps that settings until you change it back.

Go to a listing...any listing on etsy. Look on the right side of the listing under the shipping bit and see if it's showing the shipping to 'Deliver to New Zealand' there. Its just under the green highlighted carbon emissions blurb. If it says deliver to New Zealand there then that is likely the issue. Just click the arrow and change it to the correct country etc there. That should reset it across search and listings etc.
