My messages are disabled. This is a new shop and have not previously replied to or sent messages. How do I fix this? Also do not see where to email or contact support.
@EverlovedPortraitsUS - To contact Etsy go to Shop Manager - Community & Help - Contact Us - Seller - Pick the best option - you'll be shown articles but hopefully you will eventually get to the "I still need help" link. Click on that - you will be given the ability to send Etsy an email to open a help ticket.
At times you may see Chat or be given the option to enter your phone number for a call back, that those are infrequent.
If all you receive is a generic email response from Etsy, reply to that email, that your issue "is not resolved".
Off topic but do finish setting up your shop - add policies. This is becoming very important should shop owners ever need to use Etsy's seller protections.
