Etsy ads campaign set up without permission

This evening Etsy have started up my ads with a $1 a day budget. Check your accounts folks because I didn't authorise this. I already pay through the nose for off-site ads, I'm not paying more! I only knew about it as I had an email in my spam file. Somehow they have managed to charge me for two days worth as well, even though I only got the email five hours ago.

Exact same problem, except that in my case, for 2 days I had no idea the ads were running!!!! Such a scam

That sounds a bit like the banner on the dashboard that was about Etsy setting prices and there was no way to exit once you'd clicked through all the pages, it wanted to auto adjust pricing, so the only way to escape was to backspace.  It didn't have an exit button so it was easy to accidentally agree while trying to escape.

Hello, I have turned on laptop today to see my Etsy ads have also been turned on out of the blue. I have no done this and never would have turned on Etsy Ads. I am really shocked this has happened and really want this solved and refund back.

Get them via chat or email for refund. I did so and managed to get refunded.

The same thing happened to me, I never have etsy ads on and then today I am getting charged for ads and a 1$ budget

Ok I turned all the ads off and updated it, but when I refresh the page the stupid ads are back on. I have now turned them off five times and refreshed my laptop and they are all back on, what the hell etsy
