The way you have your shop set up, you look like a reseller. I am not saying you are, just that is what you look like.
For example, You list someone in Lebanon as the designer. On Etsy, you have to be the designer for it to be allowed here. Unless you are selling vintage or supplies which none of you items look to be.
You also have nothing in your About section showing how you are handmaking your items. You should show pictures of your workshop and tools and you using them to make the items.
Etsy may think you are reselling so you should fix your shop before they decide to close you down.
