Etsy account suspended

I put my shop in holiday mode due to strikes by Royal Mail. Due to a refund for non delivery Etsy has suspended my account.

I've added a new payment method by there is no PAY NOW button showing.

Can someone tell me how to make this payment to re-instate my account.

I thought I'd overcome this my placing an order to myself by my items are suspended too.

You can't order from yourself. That is shilling. You need to go to "Help & Contact" and send Etsy an email.

Thanks for understanding my issue. I've eventually managed to raise an email. All I want to do is pay the arrears but the PAY NOW button on the temporarily suspended account page does not bring up a payment screen.

I've added a new card and waited several hours hoping this would link up to no avail.

You can't order from yourself that is shilling.

it must have been open when you purchased, by purchasing from yourself, you have triggered the closure

you can appeal to etsy for a permanently closed account,  as above

I wasn't aware of shilling!  and I haven't actually done this. I want to pay the account  but the PAY NOW button is not bringing up a payment screen. Like everything on Etsy help you just go round in circles.

your shop is shut completely,, if I click on your number of sold items, I get the "Uh Oh" a stitch has gone awry

Arrears?  Maybe that's the reason?
