Etsy account suspended for not enrolling in Etsy Payments - But I did enroll

Hi! I opened an account years and years ago with Etsy (I am based in the Philippines) and made a few sales during the pandemic. After not logging in for around 2 years, I decided to start selling again earlier this year. When I logged in, it said I was suspended and I need to "Enroll in Etsy Payments to reactivate your account". I did this, inputted the code, etc, and it processed. However, there is still a banner that says I am suspended and whenever I click on "enroll in Etsy Payments", nothing happens. I have emailed support and am hoping to hear from them. 

Has anyone had any issue like this and had it resolve?

I only see Paypal available in your shop (even on vacation) so it looks like etsy payments didn't stick.

Yeah, it seems to not have stuck after I went through the motions of verifying. The thing is, when I click on the "add Etsy payments" nothing happens. I wrote Etsy support so I do hope it gets sorted out soon.

Have you verified your bank? I wonder if that's the real issue.

Yes, I verified my bank ages ago. I don't see any other option to verify anything other than the "Add Esty Payments" button which does nothing when clicked on.

I got feedback from Etsy!

“Thanks for reaching out to us. It appears our team has reviewed your case and your details have been successfully verified, so you're all set to continue selling on Etsy.”

This is great news for me!! However when I tried logging in it still says I’m suspended and it’s still asking me to enroll in Etsy Payments.

I hope it’s just taking time to take effect. If not reply to Etsy that you still need help in the morning. Sorry this has been so difficult.
