Wondering if Etsy can adjust shipping 4 star rating back to 5 bc order was eventually cancelled.. shouldn't it be e removed from the star rating retroactively? It's going to penalize me for 3 months
When you fully refund and cancel, the buyer has about 48 hours to leave a review . Once the cancellation is complete, they can no longer leave a review.
@Marmalady: "... bc order was eventually cancelled ..." Was it cancelled on or before the scheduled ship date? If not, the order is considered as completed late, regardless of if completion means shipped or cancelled.
