Etsy Stats

Looks like Etsy stats are down. It's already 11 a.m. in my country and visits show 0 in both my shops. Never had such a situation at that time before.

I hope they haven't been hacked because there are a lot of the same people and the advertising doesn't work either, and nobody gets in.

I'm still able to advertise with Etsy Ads. My stats are at zero 0 too! and so it's most likely site wide for Etsy and most sellers/shops. My location is New York and so I'm not sure what other sellers and shop locations are affected too.

Dear all, 

Not sure if you have the same issue, but the Seller Dashboard has not shown any Total Views, Visit, Orders and Revenue for the web version of ETSY for the past few days. Does anyone have the same issue?

The Seller APP can show the information but not the web.

i seem to have the same issue, i've had 9 item favorites from 12am-9am but my dashboard is showing 0 view 0 visits

I sure hope there is a bug. Otherwise I've had a rare 0 views and visits since midnight.

Yes, today I show NO VIEWS or Visits in my shop. Very unusual. Just when I thought things might get better after Josh Silverman’s   announcement, now this? Etsy is just getting too frustrating and exhausting with all this crap! Last 2 days I had some convos from customers almost like the shop was getting back to normal now this!

I can see on my dashboard it hasn't been updated for 17 hours, so that will explain the 0 views!

Since midnight it is showing 0 views and zeros all the way across stats. This has to be inaccurate because my ads that have been running are showing clicks and there are charges for the clicks. I have also had multiple people favoriting items today, but it still shows no views. Etsy, please help us!

None of my platforms are showing any change for about 18 hours now, Mac, iPhone app, Safari browser, Google browser, iPad.
