No updates since 4pm yesterday in my shop. I had a few favorites notifications, Shop likes notification, and conversations with potential customers, today.
But STATs shows 0, 0, 0 and no updates in STATs since 4pm yesterday.
Since starting my shop in February, I don't think I've had a day that I didn't get a least a few views/visits, and daily averages have steadily climbed since then to include a somewhat steady stream of orders. As of yesterday, I had over 600 views and 5 orders. So far today, I have exactly 0 in every column, almost as if somebody turned off the spicket. I don't have any notifications on my dashboard or any emails regarding a ban or suspension.
That said, I've still had a couple of items favorited so far today - albeit fewer than usual. I can still see my shop and listings are showing up in incognito mode, so I believe I'm still indexed.
Has anybody experienced this or is it possibly a known bug/Etsy server issue? I'm trying not to be too concerned, but as time goes on and the numbers stay at zero I'm starting to wonder if I've been shadow-suspended for some unknown reason, if that's even a thing.
I've put hundreds of hours of work into my shop over the last five months and I would be pretty devastated if it was just turned off.
