Etsy Star Seller Message Rate

Hi!

My Etsy Star Seller Message rate has gone down to 67% in the past month even though I haven't received any messages. I also had a customer open 2 separate messages on accident and I didn't see the second one come through, but I replied to the first one on time. It still docked my message rate

You have to reply to every message, even duplicates. Download your messages CSV to see which ones you've missed.
