Is there a bug on the Etsy Seller website which is causing me to receive the order pop-up page of the same person?
I printed multiple shipping labels for one particular customer when I wasn't paying attention and shipped out an additional item accidently to the same person. I had to request a refund from USPS multiple times.
I cleared out my cookies but it is still happening! It's really peculiar because it's always the same person who purchased an item in my store weeks ago.
