My etsy shipping and tracking decreased to 86% somehow and says I did not provide tracking for 2 items. This is not correct, I provided the right tracking codes for every purchase! I do not know why this keeps happening. How do I rightfully get the percentage I deserve for on time shipping and tracking??? ;(
I share your frustration! have the same problem, except I put NA for tracking and add a note to say “personal delivery” for local buyers. I offer free shipping so I drive and drop off the product myself if somebody is living close by. It seems unfair when 100% of my shipments go out on time!

Will local pickup orders be part of my evaluation for a Star Seller badge?
All physical listing orders must include a valid tracking number or a shipping label purchased on Etsy to be considered for a Star Seller badge. At this time, we’re unable to make exceptions for local pickup orders.
This also applies to delivery orders.
the metric is - ships on time with tracking,
you have to select the correct carrier which is recognised by aftership, with matching tracking number to that carrier, and it has to be entered within the processing time.
