Etsy Payments won't set up

Hi everyone.  I am new and etsy payments won't let me get to the part where i input bank information.  It is staying on the screen where they ask for my name and country.  I click save and it says that information about the account is missing but there is no place to input the information at all on the screen.  Is there something that i am not seeing or is anyone else having this problem? I appreciate any help. Thank you.

If you are behind a VPN - turn it off during the sign up process.

I was not but I would not have thought of that being a possible issue if it was the case. I appreciate you responding.  I will keep that in mind for future issues where it may be a factor.

No reply from my support request from Etsy yet.  I will update when I do get a response.  Have you sent in a help request?  I have a friend who sells on etsy that says she's seeing the same problem.  It's multiple people experiencing the issue.

Have been seeing a couple of posts regarding this problem, so not an isolated incident and likely a technical problem. This needs to be addressed via an email ticket help request to Etsy.

I got a reply from Etsy. This is an ongoing issue and they have no fix as of right now. I had to open a new page.
