I am really new here. I had two orders come in, it was stuck for a while waiting for Etsy to approve and it got cancelled without any explanation why. So I am clueless why my orders are not getting through.
I tried to look for help but can't seem to find any email or link for help.
The payments for the orders didn't go through. Etsy won't tell you why, it could be a bad card, or some flag that caused the payment to pend and later be denied.
It's better those are caught before you ship, rather than after.
Your items are not Etsy legal. The items need to be handmade by yourself, or vintage or a supply to make something with. Perhaps this is why Etsy did not accept the sale?
Payment processors can cancel orders for any reason they deem resaonable such as illegal card.
(And to your shop, it would be a good idea to finish your shop. Add polices and how you design and created this object. Otherwise you may have trouble convincing others that you do make this item)
