Etsy Payments verification - Pending verification

I don't know what to do. I'm receiving threatening mails saying:

"Please note that failing to respond to this inquiry within 24 hours will result in any pending orders you may have being canceled and your shop being suspended"

I go to the page referred in the mail, I've already done the name change, uploaded the document. The edit name feature is now disabled and says "Pending verification".

Please help.

Are you certain the messages are from Etsy?  

Scammers tend to target new shops.
