Can't Contact Buyer

I am having an issue with trying to send a buyer a message because their address is invalid and I get a red popup telling me to contact Etsy, but you cannot contact them!

This is happening both online and in the app

Send them an email instead of a message.

@QJewelCreation  Sometimes an address is valid (verified) but USPS doesn't like words spelled out such as "Drive". But if you type in "Dr" it will verify it. Check simple fixes like that first.

Next to the name on the order is an arrow click on it, there is their email.

So, I found out the issue. First it was an international address and the address was the name of a beach and the country. 2nd, Etsy suspended the buyer's account. I did email with no response so my only option right now is to push out the ship date.

If etsy suspended the buyers account, I would cancel the order

you can only extend a ship date, with the buyers permission
