So I opened my shop almost a week ago, and it was going well seemingly. I sell digital art pieces so there isn't any like physical item being shipped anywhere. I had made my first sale about two days or so ago, and then right after making the sale and checking my revenue, Etsy decided to put my shop into vacation mode, and won't let me take it off of vacation mode even though I can't make any more sales this way:( My financial situation is very stressful right now and this is supposed to be a way for me to sell my art but I, 1)Cant access payment settings "in this state" which I still don't understand, 2)Haven't heard anything back from Etsy after sending in my identification like two or three times, and 3)Can't sell anything else until this gets resolved.
I'm trying not to panick about this but it is very frustrating and confusing, is ANYONE able to actually help me with this?..
