I am from Ukraine.
I need to replace a non-existent card with Payoneer account.
I am in Ukraine and in order for the etsy payments system to work correctly, I need to connect a payoneer account to it.
What should happen automatically.
However, an old, no longer existing Ukrainian bank card is connected to the etsy payments system. And this does not give me the option of connecting to a payoneer account. I cannot delete it myself to be able to connect my store to a payoneer account. The etsy.com help center has not responded to my requests for more than a week. Therefore, I am turning to you in hopes of help.

the card in the billing section, has nothing to do with the bank account in the payment methods section.
to change the card in the billing section, you can add a new credit card number, then delete the old one
for payoneer through etsy payments
make sure you disable any pop-up blockers
Thanks for your help.
However, I can't change the card exactly in the payment methods section. Because a non-existent card of a bank of Ukraine is connected there, I am unable to remove it end replace it myself with Payoneer. And Etsy support has been ignoring my requests for two weeks now. No one is communicating with.
In the payment method section, it is NOT a card number, it has to be your bank account number
the card number goes in the billing section
@Manufacturabrand Not card, bank account number. You have to have the old number to attach your new account from Payoneer. If you don't have that ETsy may be able to help you. Did you get a reply email? Reply back you still need help.
Credit card is a different issue. If you have a new credit card, add it and then delete the old.
Etsy can't help you with this, you will need to find the banking details if that's what is required before it can be removed.
Can you not add a new card as mentioned by Crafty above without having to remove the old one?

Hello everyone,
We’re reaching out to the community for advice, as we’ve been unable to resolve an issue with Etsy Payments for over a month.
On May 21, support manually switched our shop to Etsy Payments,
An outdated bank card was added to the system,
We now have a verified alternative account, but Etsy doesn’t allow us to update the payout details — the option is blocked,
Funds are coming in but remain inaccessible.
We’ve already contacted support through all available channels and provided confirmations, documents, and explanations.
We’d really appreciate any advice — has anyone experienced something similar? How did you resolve it?
Hoping for a reply from a moderator or for this to be forwarded to the right team.
Thank you for any support!
Anatolii
Etsy does not switch your shop to Etsy payments. You initiate that by adding your Payoneer account. Did Payoneer say that your account was attached to Etsy?
As to outdated card, you are responsible for that. You add a new card if it has a new number then you make it the default and use the old. IF the card has the same number you just change the expiration date.
If you have an email from Etsy, use that to reply back that you still need help. You used Contact us under Help? Or chat? Any other source is not Etsy.
We are only fellow sellers here and some of this information was given above.
The card details are for billing only, and are in the BILLING section
The bank account is for Payments, and as you are in Ukraine, that is your payoneer account
your post seems to be confusing the two separate things
