Etsy Pattern shops, Is Your entire Return Policy visible on your product page and policy page? Most of mine is missing and I looked at the underlying site code using the developer function on my Chrome browser.

In the area controlling the policy section there is an html error of a single missing quotation mark in a CSS command that has broken the code in that section. I currently have a tech help request submitted so am hopeful there is a human over there with access to site code editing. Such a simple error to fix.

You will need to contact Etsy if there is missing information.

It might be a case that you are missing information in your shop.  As you ship worldwide you need EU?UK compliant policies which included GDPR and Right of Withdrawal and a return policy of 30 days. 

I gave up on Pattern years ago so I don't remember exactly other than the information from the shop carries over.

Hi, I have contacted Etsy but entered it here to alert others to check their sites. This is definitely an error in the Pattern site coding. Their designer left out a quotation mark in a CSS command line of the HTML code. I found this on other pattern sites as well. It is very easy to see the source coding on a Browser.

I just set up a Pattern site and the entire thing was missing. I had to go 3 rounds with support before asking them to send it to engineering... IT HAS MAGICALLY APPEARED TODAY.

I am glad your site is working now. The issue persists on my site. Only the first part of the policy shows up to where the quotation mark is missing from the CSS command. Etsy did respond to me and said they'd forward my issues and information to the engineering team.
