Etsy Labels stuck on preparing labels

Hi, is anyone able to purchase labels for USA.?

I'm stuck for more than 40 minutes on preparing labels, now is not even showing that i purchase that label.

I'm affraid i will be double charge if i try to purchase again the same label.

I purchased another label from another order and the same, label not showing

Go to Pirate Ship, easy signup via live chat, and buy labels right away (click the Import from Etsy option near top of screen). Then request refunds for Etsy labels. ETA: PIRATESHIP is cheaper than Etsy and also has live customer service via chat.

Check your shop payment account before you try to purchase again. If you were charged then it should show in your shop payment account.

Yes, I am having the same issue. I believe it's site-wide because I'm in Canada and I know of at least 2 other Canadian sellers who are having the same issue!

I have the same problem. I've been waiting about 15 minutes so far with the loading circle. Hoping its fixed soon- it was working this morning when I printed a different one. Glad to see it's not just me at least

Same issue with my shop, multiple labels stuck in "purchasing" for over an hour now. (Edit: Working now)

Same issue here. I am based in the UK and I am waiting for 3 shipping labels for UK based orders. Etsy DO SOMETHING PLEASE. Now I am waiting for 4 labels because I purchased one again to try if that one will work but still loading

If this isn't resolved in the next hour, I won't be able to bring my parcels to the post office...meaning they will be marked as "shipped late".... Etsy, will you not penalize sellers who are waiting for your site to fix itself? This is an issue beyond my control!

I am trying to print Canada Post labels, its hung up at "Preparing 4 labels for printing. Check back in a few minutes."

Well, I'm back to say that this issue is NOT resolved. It seems like it's taking an extended amount of time for Etsy to purchase the shipping labels. The first one I purchased took 21 minutes. I just purchased a second one and I'm now waiting again....

I am also having this issue. I am in Canada and trying to ship to US and AUS. Labels have been processing for about 20 minutes now.

I have orders that are already overdue, I had to wait for my labels to get here because I stupidly ran out and I finally received them today only to run into this infuriatingly timed error... sigh...

Ah, sorry PIRATESHIP isn't an option for UK/Canada sellers. Maybe they will expand soon. So much easier to deal with than Etsy at times like these!
