Hello, I had a customer that did not send me a photo until the day her order was due to be shipped. Therefore, I could ship until the next day. I updated ship by date but still was cited as being late. I had 100-% before this. I am a small shop and this my take forever to get back to 100%
When a buyer does not send a needed item, send an email to the buyer with a date for reply. Then extend the shipping date out.
Since you shipped outside your processing time frame, it will be marked late and there is no appeal for that. Etsy is strict on shipping within, not a morment later, the processing time frame.
Next time extend the shipping date.
You need to push out the ship date before the date it's suppose to ship.
