Last night I was getting a huge CN23 label generating which didn't fit onto my labels printing with shipping for an overseas order instead of a CN22 which is the correct label for the item's value.
I reported it to live chat straight away and was told it's a known issue and they were working on a fix. I was told I'd get an email when it was working again but I've had nothing, chat's not working at the moment and I need to print out some labels.
@thatregina I noticed you had helped on a previous thread, any info?
Thanks
***PLEASED TO SAY THIS ISSUE HAS NOW BEEN RESOLVED, I DIDN'T HEAR ANYTHING BACK FROM ETSY AS PROMISED, HOWEVER I HAVE SUCESSFULLY PRINTED MY LABELS NOW WITH THE CORRECT CUSTOMS FORM***
Thank you for your report, @LovesVintage43! This has been escalated for you, but I am glad to see you've had resolution in the meantime. I'll close this up with my best wishes, as always.
you can use a cn23 for lower value items, it's not an issue for posting/customs etc
@CraftyCornishMaids no, I can't use it, as I've said it's printing it really huge and it doesn't fit on the label plus it's the wrong way around.
You can resize and rotate
@CraftyCornishMaids it's already sized for printing automatically to my label printer.
