Hi Etsy Community,
I’m reaching out because I am experiencing the same issue as @madebysandyy, and I’m hoping someone can help or share any solutions.
I am a seller based in France, and I have been selling on Etsy without problems. However, since 2023, Etsy has been holding €2,000 of my earnings with no clear resolution.
The Issue:
I am unable to access the money I have rightfully earned, and Etsy is providing no real solution. This has been ongoing for more than 3 years now!
If anyone has experienced this and found a way to resolve it, please let me know. Etsy needs to take action and properly assist its sellers.
I would really appreciate any advice.
Thanks!

This is terrible!! I hope one of the Mods steps in to help out.
They owe you 3 years interest on €2,000!!
Your money will do this is your CC on file has expired. Check that--even if you think it has not--check it anyway! IF it is not that I would be seeking the help of an attorney at this point and for this amount of money.
Why have you not obtained legal counsel? If it has been three years and you have satisfied all the required legal documents and verification of your identity, then you have a legal case. If the transfers are failing, it is likely some small snag that is not getting completed correctly. Time to open a dispute with Etsy under section 12, using the instructions in 11.c: https://www.etsy.com/legal/terms-of-use#disputeresolution
