Etsy seller app

The Etsy seller app doesn't work well on my phone. I can't edit videos and it crashes if I want to view a listing. Do you have a suggestion? Thanks.

Use a browser instead.

Ive just posted a similar issue, I seem to have lost the buttons to "apply" after editing an image. Its all very well to say use a browser, however the app is far more convenient for me.....when it works properly of course!

That's exactly the problem, there's no longer an apply button. Video editing was more convenient on the phone, but it seems I need to change. Thank you very much and have a good day.

I think what @NanaLetha @means is use your phone’s browser. You can still use your phone by logging into your Etsy account from whatever browser is on your phone, you don’t have to use the app to access your Etsy account.

@DivineCrossings  I meant use a browser on any device. If you prefer using your phone, the use the browser. The Etsy app is almost useless
