Etsy Estimated Delivery Dates completely wrong

Economy International orders from Australia take 35+ business days but there are often delays extending this time frame. My shopping profile has a free postage option for International orders which takes 60-90 business days but I have International orders with expected delivery dates within 4-5 weeks.  I've raised with Etsy support 4 times but its still sitting with their higher technical support team.  Anyone else experiencing this? I'm going to have hundreds of very unhappy customers when their orders don't arrive!

When customers check out, are they able to upgrade shipping so their purchase will arrive sooner?

@MyCraftyDogStudio Are you sure your Shipping Profiles are set correctly. I cannot see any "Upgrade" option. On this Listing y.com/listing/640228195/personalised-icy-pole-holders-zooper" for an Order placed today, you have 5-7 Day Processing and Ship By Dec 16-20 / Estimated Delivery Jan 04-24. That is not 4-5 weeks. I cannot see Free Shipping on someListings, but the ones I do see Free Shipping offered on also have the much shorter delivery timeframe.

Are you using using the Automatically populated Aust Post in the Shipping Profile?

You may be able to fix this by using "Other" and entering your own Shipping Delivery estimates.

Etsy are doing absolutely nothing at all, they seem to be just after misleading customers, i would personally stop purchasing labels on etsy as that seems to trigger it or cancel the orders with that turn around time explaing that etsy are being deceiptful and providing inacurate information and you are unable to control it and would rather be honest with the customers, i'm sure if lots of cancel loads of orders they will soon make an update
