This week a customer let me know they could not complete a check out of a specific listing in my shop. They tried a few times and then sent me a screenshot. They said that they looked at a similar item but would rather purchase mine but can't complete the transaction. I was able to direct them to another listing in my shop that had what they wanted. They were then able to complete the sale. (yay) If they were having an issue with their browser, I would think they would have had the same trouble with any checkout process on Etsy. (but maybe not)
This specific listing was getting quite a few sales and since I was alerted to this checkout issue, this listing has gone dark on sales. Lots of item in cart though.
I can't help but wonder how often this is happening and people just move on. I saw this topic posted before but not in recent weeks. Is anyone else having this issue?
