Etsy Design Awards Form doesn't work

Had an Etsy message from Adam, inviting me to submit a listing to the Etsy Design Awards. Went to the form, tried to fill it in but it doesn't work. Entered Shop name - correctly - hit enter and it disappeared. Tried the second box - listing item number - hit enter, info disappeared. 

Why invite people to submit the form, when the form obviously doesn't work?

I have the same problem. Adam invited to submit one of my products but when i tried to add the listing, "product doesn't belong to this shop" warning occurs. But i copied the link at the Adam's message already. I cannot be a dead link.

Same here- reported to tech and was told to try different browsers.....unsuccessful. Waiting...... hopefully it gets resolved before the 8TH.

Exact same problem here. I phoned Etsy and they told me it might be the browser I'm using. But I've tried 3 different browsers...same problem every time. The form doesn't work! Waiting for Etsy to get back to me about this.

I managed to get past that part and it wants me to pick pictures on the next page but I can't

this is exactly what happened to me, Im so annoyed. I spent so much time writing those paragraph answers

Same issue. "Product doesn't belong to this shop." I know the shop name is case sensitive and it was correctly entered. I've tried different browsers. Etsy, please fix the form.

Sounds like the whole thing is a disaster. I think Etsy is really struggling to organize this properly. What a shame. I'm moving on - it's not worth the hassle or time involved.

I am also frustrated. I have read several threads, but there still seems to be no solution. I click "next" and it takes me to a page asking for photo submissions with no way to submit any photos. I checked my email to see if there was a submission confirmation, and there isn't. I guess I should have started on this earlier.

Never mind, I tried using Chrome, and it worked.
