We really need help with our Etsy shop please, this is a major source of income for our small business and we are trying to survive in this very difficult time for businesses.
This morning our Etsy shop has been suspended after a few 'violations' which each time I have asked the Etsy staff to look into and the ones that we have had responses to have been resolved as errors, there are a few they haven't replied to which I have appealed against but no response.
We are a small company that is trying to survive and this is a massive massive loss to our income per month, we have sold over 20,000 items with you and we need this resolving asap please. We have had star seller for years and built up this shop over years and it has become a MAJOR source of our income. We have even been asked to submit one of our plant pot designs to the Etsy design awards, which we have done.
We are willing to work with you if there is any problem with our shop at all but as far as we are aware we having violated any policies. We have a studio where we design and make all of the items we sell, we have a UV printer, a sandblaster, a laser cutter, a fibre laser machine, heat presses a large production printer and more, all of these machines are used to create the beautiful items that we sell.
Please, please please could someone be in touch to look into this as a matter of urgency. We have videos of all of our machines working in our studio and our staff using them, I am not exaggerating when I say this could close our company.
Sorry this has happened to you, they have not removed your shop as you can still post in the forum and your shop is just in vacation mode.
