I’ve been going through an absolute nightmare on Etsy with my bank deposits (my funds have been trapped in my account since March and Etsy’s customer support has been unable / unwilling to figure it out). This all began after the Silicon Valley Bank collapse , when Etsy was forced to change payment processors. I’ve tried multiple bank accounts and multiple banks, so this is not a bank issue. Etsy has successfully verified my bank info each time. Every time I get a notification that my funds have been sent, an hour later the funds get returned saying there has been an issue, please update your bank info. Etsy’s customer support team is baffled.
Does anybody have any contacts within Etsy that might be able to help?

@thatregina The OP is in desperate need of help, not receiving her funds. Funds have been sent, shortly afterwards they were returned. Etsy Support has not helped her. Thank You in advance.

@blademade Yes, I tried it in this box, and they come up in the menu. But I don't know that they helped any one person who had a specific issue (such as you). Iridescent is at the top of Tech. Issues (but only for issues which Etsy feels affects a large number of the community). And PrintedLinen and michelleFshop are more for Announcement type things. I don't know that they would help with something like this.
ETA: I wonder about HerrMoostache. Although he's jumped in Threads having to do with hacked accounts.

Appreciate it, it's been really rough, I've had to cancel every order I've received, explaining to the buyers that I can't fulfil their orders because I'm unable to apply their payment to the cost of goods / raw materials.
@blademade I had to step away from the computer. Just now seeing your post. Feel really bad for you. You've been here for 10 yrs. as well. Let's hope Admin thatregina can help. You've been way more patient than I would have been.
OP, have you tried opening a US bank for your shop? Perhaps it would be easier then to transfer funds from that bank to your Canadian bank. I assume you know all documents need to be in the same name as owner, with no changes of middle initials or added account holders. Eight months without payment is scandalous.
