Etsy Deactivated ALL my listings - HELP!

I am not sure what is going on but etsy has deactivated all my listings.  And of course I am not seeing the blue chat bubble.  Anyone else???

OMG!! I wonder what has happened? 

Is it because you are now directing buyers direct to your website in your Announcement which is a recent change?  We are allowed to add our website in the appropriate place when you go to Edit Shop but I don't think you can blatantly redirect buyers from your shopfront.  Maybe this is why?  Just a guess.  Check for emails in your junk and/or a banner on your listings page.

@JJewellerySuppliesUK I know of a shop that not only has their website in their announcement, but EVERY listing they have on Etsy. I wish Etsy cared about this.

It's probably neither of those things then and more likely a terrible glitch.  I hope you can resolve this.

The link for your other shop on Etsy does not lead to an Etsy shop.  This could be a problem.

Also, just because things have been a certain way for years means nothing on Etsy.  Just look at all the Disney shops that last for thousands and thousands of sales (and years) and suddenly poof! they are gone.

Same thing happened to my shop and others.   9 year seller, Star Seller.  Repeated attempts to upload what's needed to "verify" the info are just met with a "Sorry, we were unable to verify your information with the documents you provided..."  And there's no way to reach in-person tech support about it.   Our shops are "suspended," all listings deactivated, can't get paid for sales we made recently, and there's no good way to get in-person support from Etsy.  It's frustrating.  I changed NOTHING in my shop -- have had the same info on file with Etsy for years, I just checked to make sure everything was correct sometime late last year and it looked fine.  Now this.  I think they must've updated something on their end and it imported information wrong for a number of shops or something.  But I can't fix it and my shop is now 100% nonfunctional.  Oh, I guess I can still get on the Forums.  But that doesn't help pay the bills.

That is insane!! Why would they deactivate every listing in a shop yet leave the store up? It makes absolutely no sense at all. Did Etsy contact you in any way? Have you spoken to Etsy?

@GroundZeroCreations  No contact from etsy or emails.  I tried to send an email but etsy requires a reason for the deactivation to sent the email - and my listing do not contain - Prohibitive, Counterfeit, infringement, Sexual Content or Policy Violations.

@DianesK9Creations Yes My original shop on Etsy was sweetiepiedesign which I stopped selling in in 2012.  I noted this shop on my Fabric Fetish shop per etsy protocol.

When I click on the other shop I get a shop but it's for Tilla and other fabrics....don't see anything referring to OP

@fabricfetish  That other shop reference might be your problem.  If you discontinued it in 2012, there's no reason to list it now.

When someone clicks on that link that get something completely different.

I don't think we are required to list shops that we no longer have or operate.

Just got an email. They say they can't verify my SS number....Really.....I have been on etsy for 19 plus years!!!!! Lord help us.
