Two weeks ago Etsy froze my shop due to unverified tax information. After contacting Etsy support, I received an email from Etsy Trust and Safety requesting additional information. I provided what they needed and they replied that all was now corrected and that the shop was up and running. However, Etsy payments are not available and the red banner says I need to submit my tax id. All is correct and verified in the legal section. I even have the blue banner saying my account has been verified!
I have contacted Etsy support 4 times and 4 times I have been referred to an Etsy Specialist but nothing has been done. No one has contacted me. I’ve lost almost 2 weeks of business. What can I do? Someone please help!
