The chat link never worked for some reason, maybe because we have the live chat bubble in the dashboard.

You went from selling digital downloads 3 - 5 euros to selling a pearl hairclip for 169 euros, this may have set alarm bells off with Etsy.

You will have to appeal and explain everything and show your process of making the item in the new listings. 

Or someone hacked your shop and started putting cheap digital listings up
