Message listed as unanswered in 24 hrs

My Star Seller Stats show a message from 4/02 that wasn't answered in 24 hrs, but no such message shows up in my actual messages.  I can't even mark it as spam as it doesn't exist. Now my my 100% accuracy is reading 89%.

@SensibleBeauty: You need to check the applicable CSV file available on your Star Seller page to see which new Message threads Etsy thinks were unanswered or answered late? There is also a link to the actual message thread so you can verify if the data is correct or not.

Does Etsy ever remove scam emails from inboxes? Maybe that's what happened here.

No the scam messages stay in the inbox and the spam section until you delete them.

I still have a scam message from "Etsy staff" username in my spam from 14 Dec, their account is still active! it is now the 8th of March (yes they were reported more than 8 times so gave up after that)

If you delete them, and don't either reply or mark them as spam, it counts against you, and there is no message to check

There have been people deleting spam, instead of marking them as spam
