Hi, I've been having the same issue as other sellers on this forum regarding my listing getting hit by Etsy's anti reseller bot. I handmade and designed *everything* offered in the listing and support is not helping despite the fact that Etsy's CEO Josh Silverman stating that "You as a seller can appeal that, you can tell us how you made it yourself, and it still ended up on AliExpress. And by the way, that's true sometimes. You can appeal that, but our default now is we take that down." in reference to the automatic bots going around taking down products suspected as being resold. The listing that was removed was my bestseller and was what brought the majority of people into my store. I'm lucky that I'm not one of those people earning hundreds to thousands of dollars, but my listing being removed for being a false positive is a hit to my shop. Phone support told me I could re-upload the listing but I am wary of doing so because I don't know what triggered that bot and I risk having my listing hit again and possibly getting banned.
I would like my situation to be escalated to a real life human at trust and safety so I can properly appeal.

Attached in the ticket is proof I made the items in the listing/similar, from an excel spreadsheet of my cosmetic lip product formulas, youtube videos on how I make them step by step, receipts from stores where I get my raw ingredients, and a photo of my collection of raw ingredients now.

My listing isn't "inspired" by an existing IP. I didn't use any copyrighted or trademarked tag. It's titled "Kawaii Handmade Strawberry Lip Care Set w/ Lip Balm, Gloss, Oil, and Scrub" to some effect. No 3rd party assets were used or AI gen, I drew everything myself in adobe illustrator.
My listing hasn't even been knocked off by ali/temu/shein/amazon. All reverse search results lead link right back to my listing. (photo proof also attached in ticket). Whatever shows up in google as something not an exact match is different from my packaging and label.
I'm sorry if I sound curt. I'm not mad at the poor forum mods out there locking tons of posts like these and sending them to a team of "specialists". I'm mad at the situation overall where Etsy rolled out an AI bot that triggers false positives without the option to properly appeal like what the CEO said would happen, leading to people getting false violations that could lead to them losing their livelihood.
