I had a message that was automatically flagged to my spam. I didn’t respond quickly because it was in spam and I didn’t get a notification that a message was there, so it dropped my stats when I eventually responded because it was an actual customer.
The star seller page says that spam mail doesn’t count towards the 24 hour response, but when I downloaded my Excel sheet, the spam one was the only one that dinged me.
Support says they cannot help with Star Seller. What the heck?
I had that happen once. I moved the message back to spam and in a couple of days it dropped from the Star Seller calculation.
Spam messages still need to be replied to or put in the spam folder within that time. Did you put it in the spam section or did you reply? If you did nothing then it will count against you.
