I've checked every setting I can find; All look good.
Any suggestions?
I have the “Don't send me any community emails” box unchecked & always get emails when I am tagged. I also get a weekly rundown email of all posts I participated in.
On the Notifications Settings page, there is a checkbox down below all the others for “Any comments on the knowledge base articles, blog articles or events in boards I subscribe to” that I have checked. Then “Posts I'm @mentioned in” is set to immediately. Have you checked those?
There are some sellers who just don’t get Etsy emails & claim the issue is on Etsy’s side after troubleshooting.
The “emails” I get from forum updates is from “mail.community.etsy.com” , maybe you can try whitelisting that in your email?

Whatever's going on, it isn't an issue with my email client nor on the back-end/server-side or spam settings.
@StickIt2M Maybe if you start from scratch on your settings by hitting the RESET button at the bottom & doing all the settings again? I really think there is an issue on Etsy's side based on many seller forum posts over the years.
I also have issues tagging people sometimes! No rhyme or reason on why it does or doesn't work.
I hate sounding like this, but I've tried all that.
Took screen shots of the settings pages, just so I'd know how things were previously configured and preformed a RESET.
No dice.
I'm pretty sure I used to get an email when someone mentioned me in a post (using the @ symbol). That stopped about a month ago. I have no idea what's going on but just like Etsy, the forum is also buggy.
